Hoeve Herpoel is referring to the family name of the previous farmers. The building has been set up in 1920. It is a long type façade comprising stables and the barn under the same construction. In 1989 the farm was sold to the actual owners, the family Planckaert-Derez, and farm activities are actually limited to a few sheep and other small animals. The stables were converted to a bedroom, the other one was converted to a Holiday House.

Three guest studio flats (with kitchen) were built on top of the roof (2nd floor). One studio flat can be extended with an extra separate bedroom and bathroom.
